Cancellations

We require 48 hours notice to cancel a booking. Less than 48 hours notice will result in you being charged the full price of the massages. For bookings of more than 10 hours of massage a week we require 1 weeks notice to cancel.

We will always try and find a solution that works for us and you to accommodate time changes. However this is not always possible. As a result we are not able to guarantee the ability to change times especially at peak times and busy periods.

Bookings in chalets: You are responsible for providing an accurate address and contact number for your bookings. If we are unable to locate your chalet we will attempt to call you. If you are unable to be be contacted and we cannot locate you, you will be liable to cover the full cost of the time booked.

We will arrive ten minutes before the start of the massage with all the kit we need for the massage.

Bookings in clinic: Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. If you have any problems locating us please call and we can provide you with directions. We are located around the back of Physio Verbier and Medibagnes.

Payment: Payment can be takes in cash or credit card.

Vouchers: Vouchers are available for gifts.
